Electronic Cigarette Cartridge Batting / Filling (Fluval)

Fluval Cartridge Batting

Our Fluval batting / foam / filler is hands down one of the best materials for refilling your e-cigarette cartridges. Fluval batting holds your E-Liquid securely within the cartridge. This allows you to get more E-Liquid out of each cartridge than pollyfill batting / filler.


One sheet of fluval provides enough batting to fill around 25 VM510 / Titan510 / Joye510 / Yeti cartridges or about 50 mini cigarette cartridges like our VM905 / DSE901 (atomizer) cartridges. One sheet can refill about 10 to 15 VM801 / DSE801 (atomizer) cartridges.


As is with any Fluval batting / filler, you would need to clean under water lightly and pat dry between a paper napkin / towel (if changing flavors). After time, Fluval batting does wear out or get ruined in some way. You will need to use new Fluval batting / filler which we supply. Remember not to over pack the Fluval batting / filler into your cartridge.


Doing so will hamper the proper flow of your liquid which could result in burning out your atomizer. Do not under fill your cartridge with Fluval batting/filler as this will cause you to flood the atomizer and lose a lot of liquid!

We now offer the Famous Blue Foam batting / filler for your cartridge. This provides a great batting for those of us who like a flexible batting material. Now you can use this as a DIY mod for your cartridges.

Cut and pack your cartridge loosely to get a more free flowing cartridge that can resemble more so the direct dripping method.

Cut and pack your cartridges a little bit tighter for a more spongy effect that holds your liquid in just like Fluval would. Or you can use a small piece (cut a bit larger than cart opening) and use like the mod for your cartridges.

This will allow for more liquid to be held within the cartridge and get a longer time (of vaping) between fillings. This method has been used by some people and they thought it was great. A little of the Blue Foam batting / filler will go a long way.
